Kevin is the kind of boss who rolls up his sleeves and dives in beside you. No task is above or beneath him; he does whatever it takes.

Raised in the Panhandle of Texas, Kevin didn't always plan on staying in this region. However, he fell in love with his wife, Ruby, and they decided to plant their roots in Lubbock as they began to grow their beautiful family. They are the reason for every decision he makes.

Kevin loves the pool industry because it's hands-on, ever-changing, and challenging. Every day brings something different, and that's the environment in which he thrives.

Moreover, he enjoys seeing people satisfied with the work we do.

 

Professionally, nothing means more to him than leaving a job and knowing that his customers trust him to show up and always follow through.

You won't often find Kevin in an office. He's out leading the way from the front. 

Julian has his hands in every job under the umbrella of Pool Pros.

As a father of a beautiful 2 year old daughter, he dove (pun intended) into the pool industry with the desire to make a difference.  With quality customer service as one of his most important goals, he specifically enjoys making sure water levels are safe for families to enjoy without the hassle. 

​

Like his father, being a trustworthy, reliable and honest person is at the forefront of his mind when he is at every job and when he is interacting with every person.

If you ask him about his favorite part of this industry, he will tell you that the opportunity to create something beautiful for a family is extremely rewarding.
